Hosted by the Edmonton Scottish Society, the property spans two addresses. The ESS is a pillar in the community with a mission to better promote awareness and appreciation of Scottish culture and its contribution to the Canadian society. Not only a host for the Highland Gathering, the ESS boasts a healthy and vibrant football club!

As a sanctioned ASPD event, the Ogden Indoor Highland Games follow the music requirements as set out by the Music Committee, which can be found here. To compete in solo and band competitions, competitors must be a 2025 ASPD (or affiliated Society) member in good standing. For ASPD membership information, visit the Membership page.


The Edmonton Scottish Society Highland Gathering follows the rules as set out by the ASPD and reserves the right to cancel events as required.
