As a sanctioned ASPD event, the Red Deer Highland Games follows the music requirements as set out by the Music Committee, which can be found here. To compete in solo and band competitions, competitors must be a 2025 ASPD (or affiliated Society) member in good standing. For ASPD membership information, visit the Membership page.
The Red Deer Highland Games follows the rules as set out by the ASPD and reserves the right to cancel events as required.
