We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to provide your annual ASPD membership numbers, or respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Personal information may also be used for statistical, demographic and planning purposes. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about upcoming events and piping and drumming news.

Security

Only the ASPD Registrar, who needs the information to perform registration duties of the Association, is granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer in which we store personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment.
