The Sherwood Park Highland Gathering is a family friendly outdoor event in the heart of Sherwood Park, Alberta. This event is a ticketed event for general public (12 years and under are free!) and are now on sale via Eventbrite. General inquiries can be sent to info@sphg.ca.
All piping, drumming and pipe band events will take place on Saturday, July 19. Competitors gain free access into the Highland Gathering that day from 8am to 4pm. The Ceilidh is also held on Saturday evening in the Sherlock Holmes Pub Beer Gardens (on the games site). It is a family friendly event and tickets can also be found through the Eventbrite link.

As a sanctioned ASPD event, the Sherwood Park Highland Games follows the music requirements as set out by the Music Committee, which can be found here. To compete in solo and band competitions, competitors must be a 2025 ASPD (or affiliated Society) member in good standing. For ASPD membership information, visit the Membership page.
